Widget About Me – customizer does not work

    The background of my dropdown menu has turned black. I want to adjust this in the customizer, but I’m getting a critical error. Do I need to edit the ‘About Me’ widget? Any ideas what might be going wrong?

    Hello @wepzz

    Please make sure that the main Blocksy theme and its Companion plugin are on the latest and same version – 2.0.33 and everything should be good for you. ??

    Thank you for your quick response. My pro license has expired, but I thought I didn’t need it anymore. Probably that’s where it’s going wrong, then? That the pro version isn’t the latest and an error occurred due to an update?

    Yep, that would be correct. You must renew your license to continue with the Pro updates, or simply downgrade to the Free version by removing the Pro plugin and installing the Free one – https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/blocksy-companion/
