Widget Ads not working

I am using Google Adsense.
My goal is to have 3 ads displayed.
First Ad = Widget (left sidebar) between Social Media Widget and categories widget.
2nd Ad = Widget (left sidebar) below the tag cloud widget.
3rd Ad = In all my post and pages at bottom.
Result = 3rd Ad works fine, however widget ads do not.

I then proceeded to my wp-admin/widgets.php so i may add the newly created widgets in their respective locations inside the left sidebar.
FYI… The link in your plugins backend settings has “/wp-admin/” twice in the url populating a 404.

All of the hide ads checkboxes are unchecked.

Any Ideas?
