Widget area 1 2 and 3 for full home page

You would need a child theme after this is in place copy full-width-page.php to your child theme and add the home widgets in like this https://pastebin.com/s6c0BhTb

how do we move the widgets down, so the bottom is flush with the wrapper and also have a transparent background, instead of white.
