Please check the javascript error console of your browser.
Also you could provide us admin access to your site so that we can take a look at it (you may send the credentials using our contact form).

    Thanks for your answer.

I have two websites and in the old one is working fine the plugin and in the new one is not ,i use the same browser.
But I just tried in the internet explorer and there is working!

So I think is the javacript, so two more questions:

    – How can it be that in the same browser one is working one is not?
    – how can i fix that javacript in firefox and chrome? I couldn’t figure it out.

    Hi there,
I took a look at your website, and for me it’s working fine either with Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer. So I believe there could be something broken within your browser. I would recommend to clear cookies and cache and try again.

    Hi

I thought I finish this if I started:-)

It is strange I don’t know why it is happening but this is how I solved the problem:

I my case I had one Admin for my site. And if I logged in i couldn’t use the visual editor.I created a second Admin account and from that one the visual editor works fine.

I thought I share this,if someone has the same problem. I got this tip from another forum.

Thanks for the update. I am glad you find a solution.
By the way, there’s an option about the visual editor in WP user profiles, you may want to double check it’s enabled and resave the profile settings.

    Hi,

    I’m getting this error when I use this plugin for a widget;
    ReferenceError: firmasiteicons is not defined
This error does not appear when I disable this plugin.
Also, I’m using the firmasite theme.
    Are there known incompatibilities here?
    Please let me know.
Thanks in advance for your assistance.

@spincraft: please open a new topic instead of appending your message to a resolved/closed one.

The issue you reported was caused by an incompatibility with Firmasite Theme Enahancer plugin, which was fixed in the latest BSTW version 1.3.1, just released.
