Widget Changes Not Saving

I’ve been trying to update some of my sidebars using the text widgets and when I save my changes it tells me that it has yet the sidebars stay the same!

No changes will stay in place and it reverts to the old text or code.

Any ideas? I’ve rebooted, cleaned the temp files, cookies etc … still nothing!
