    Very strange behavior.
    I am running a multisite multi network. When in my development area the widget appears like so.
    https://ms.fmcna.org/fmcusa-sandbox-colors/forms/

    Once the site is pushed live it appears like so. Notice that the Widget title is not styled.
    https://fmcusa.org/hr/resources-2/ Looking at the code it does not seem to have either a class or an ID.
    <div id="sidebar">
    "
    Ordination Process"
    <div class="menu-ordination-process-container"><ul id="menu-ordination-process" class="menu"><li id="menu-item-150" class="menu-item menu-item-type-post_type menu-item-object-page menu-item-150">Getting Started
    <li id="menu-item-151" class="menu-item menu-item-type-post_type menu-item-object-page menu-item-151">Transfer to the FMC
    ect..
    </div>

    Same theme, no different when plugins are on or off. Site wide plugins are:Google Analytics, Multisite Plugin Manager, Networks for WordPress, Simple Sitemaps for Multisite, Wp Curator, WPMU DEV Update Notifications.

    Wait … I saw that just the other day on my single site.

    Remove the widget from the area. I mean totally delete it. Then re-add it from the MAIN widget collections, NOT the ‘ones I’ve already used’ box.

    Thanks Ipstenu, this did not fix it. I am using woothemes sidebar manager, I wonder if I need to delete the sidebar and recreate it. I’ll give it a try. I noticed that there are instances where it is working. https://fmcusa.org/hr/holiday-schedule/

    That worked! Deleted and recreated the sidebars in woothemes sidebar manager.

    Right. At a guess to why: Some of the data is serialized, and that means it knows the LENGTH of URLs. So if those change, the settings get weird.
