    I contacted both ECWID and Ticket Spot but did not get the technical issue addressed resolved; I wanted to use an integration that is offered in ECWID to sell events via the Ticket Spot app; the response is sadly too slow to the Ticket Spot app I am not sure how to get the calendar widget(which has a design feature) to insert into my website. The widget code disappears in under 3 seconds of launching and there are no directions to find the code once created. ECWID support was to forward my technical question to the app support and find an alternative solution. Instead, I got an email repeating what I already have done. It’s 3 days later and I cannot fully integrate the app into my WordPress page for clients to see the events calendar. I have purchased the app at $29 per month to see if I will get support replies but this does not seem to work either. I am now using this channel to see some result; I hope.

  • Hi,
    This is Joanna from the Ecwid Support team.

    I reviewed your support ticket and I see that today we contacted the app developer regarding the issue again. We will notify you via email as soon as there are any updates from them.

    Thank you for your patience and sorry for the difficulties you faced.

    Hi @1mbf,

    The app developer has notified us that they fixed the issue with the app. We also sent you the instructions for reconnecting the app to your email address. Just in case you didn’t see the email, I’ll add the instructions here:

    To make sure the fix is applied to your account, please, follow the steps:

    1. Go to?Ecwid admin area > Apps > My Apps;
    2. Uninstall Ticket Spot, screenshot:?https://ecwid.d.pr/i/ToNPVG;
    3. Go to the?Ecwid App market?and install the app again;
    4. Open the app.

    After you open the app, you will be redirected to the app landing page, where you can log in to your Ticket Spot account. After logging in, you should be able to connect your website to the app.

    Please, let us know the result.

    Hi Joanna

    Thanks for the assist and I hae been in touch with Chris the app developer. Sadly I am unable to use this app as it is fairly restricted to displaying a full events list on my wordpress website. It only allows it to be displayed in the ECWID Store. After the fix the events did not integrate with the ECWID Store which left me a bit tired of trying to resolve an issue which is what the app supposed to facilitate. Sadly I have requested a refund of the 1 month and decided to go with another solution. Thanks for the support trying to get this to work.

    Hi @1mbf,

    I will pass your thanks to Joanna. Thank you for waiting for your patience with this. I’m sorry it didn’t work out with the Ticket Spot app.

    Let me know if we can help you in any other way.
