I have several side bar widgets where I pasted code and they work absolutely fine. I’m having trouble with one, however: when I place it as a Text or Custom HTML widget, I see a ! on the left, and hovering my mouse reveals this error: ‘$rfsn_creative’is not defined. The widget displays the corresponding code image, but clicking on it goes to a ‘Oops – something went wrong’ page. I definitely pasted the right code, so what could be wrong?
The only thing I’ve noticed about this particular banner code is that it is dynamic. I don’t know what that means or if it’s the issue. Any help anyone? Thank you.

    Hi @antya63

This is not theme level issue because theme does not add or do anything with WordPress Core ‘Custom HTML’ widget. you can create a ticket to fix it: https://core.trac.www.ads-software.com/newticket

However you can use ‘Text’ widget and select ‘Text’ tab and then use your code, in this case, you will not see above error message inside input field.

For image and link, it is working fine because it displays what your code generates. you can contact with code provider for more details about ‘page not found issue’

    Thanks
