    We’re on the latest version of the Events Calendar and WordPress.

    We have an event set to start and end this morning at 7:30am. It’s now 10:20am and the event is still displaying in the sidebar.

    If I go to the upcoming events page the event displays there as well.

    If I visit that specific event’s page it properly tells me that the event has passed.

    I checked the general WordPress settings and WordPress is using the correct timezone and time.

    Interesting. Usually with stuff like that it means that caching is getting the better of us. That page is still cached when it shouldn’t be. Purging your cache might fix it. If not, test for a conflict. I’d start by testing any caching plugins you might have. Also, make sure to clear your browser cache each time you test.

    We’re not currently running any caching plugins in our production environment.

    I apologize, I had previously managed to forget about a small bug in our plugin. It sounds like you are facing it. We are currently planning on fixing this in the 3.10 release. I added your topic to our bug tracker, so that you will be notified when it’s released.
