widget doesn’t show up in Plugins Management

Breukies_calendar has been unzipped into wordpress/plugins/widgets.
– the whole folder is there –

But it doesn’t show up in the Dashboard, Plugins Management.
– so how can I activate it? –

I blew it, yes, when I didn’t create a /widgets folder before. This was the first widget I tried to add myself. But I fixed that. Same problem.

I must be missing something…. anyone out there know the magic words?
