Widget errors

I’m using the free version of Spices and there are a lot of errors in the Widget section within WP Admin. I can’t even edit one of the widgets that’s on the site. When I click on it, it just disappears, no option to remove/edit, etc.

Theme author wants me to buy the pro version of this in order to address errors in the free version?! Not the first time they’ve told me this. Extremely unprofessional. These errors are not caused by me, they’re caused by your theme. Please update and fix.
