Widget featured products not working

Hello, I am not sure if this problem happens only to me or to more people, when I add a featured products widget both in the seller’s store and in the product page, only the list of recent products is repeated in that widget and there is no Show featured products.
I clarify that I have the option of featured products activated in “Capability” and that I have some products marked as featured to be able to see them.
What could be going on please?
