I am using WooCommerce’s native attribute filter. I’ve tested it with the Storefront theme and it’s still the same.

I have used the YITH WooCommerce Ajax Product Filter Premium before and it worked, however I want to use the default WooCommerce filter as it keeps the same style as my theme.

Hello @camargods,

This extension YITH WooCommerce Ajax Product Filter Premium is still active on your site which could be the cause of the problem.

Also, your theme is overriding many WooCommerce templates but this one caught my attention: blocksy/woocommerce/content-widget-product.php

This is most likely a theme or plugin conflict.

The best way to determine this is to:

• Switch again to theStorefront theme
• Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
• Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each until you find the one causing the conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

I uninstalled the YITH WooCommerce Ajax Product Filter Premium plugin and redo the procedure you mentioned, however, even with the Storefront theme and all plugins disabled except WooCommerce, you still have the bug.

I noticed that this happens only with the new filter by attribute model, in the legacy widget the order works, but when filtering an item some of the size options are missing.

May I ask were the cache plugins disabled as well? If not, please temporarily disable them, clear the site cache, and try again.

If the issue persists please share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if any).

That’s it! It is working as I am using the YITH WooCommerce Ajax Product Filter Premium plugin. However, I would like to use the native WooCommerce filter.
