Widget form only works sometimes

Something strange seems to be going on with your site.

If you use the form from a page like: https://kiriska.com/blog/2016/01/sailor-profit-brush-pen/ – it works.

If you use it from https://kiriska.com/blog/ – it doesn’t.

However, the /blog/ page also returns a 404 – page not found error. It doesn’t show this on the page, but the status code of the page is 404 which means something behind the scenes is going wrong.

I’m pretty sure that fixing this will also fix why the forms aren’t working.
