widget handle not being hidden

Hi – I like your plugin a lot, but for me the handle to my widget (Sliding Widget with a Formidable Form) won’t disappear. And if I click the handle it will open up the sliding drawer, but it show as empty. So the content inside does disappear on the pages I’ve selected with Display Widgets, but the widget itself does not… Help!
