Widget in Sidebar – change bar color from black

How do I change the color of the bar above and below widgets in sidebar? I found and read the topic on how to remove the bar from Bottom Content 1 & 2, but that’s not what I want.

I’d like to change the color of the bars in the Sidebar from black to another color.
