I’m using the “Events List” plugin on the Sidebar – it works correctly on Posts and Pages, also on the first page of the feed (latest posts – set as homepage).

When I click the next page of the latest posts, widget starts to show “There are no upcoming events”.

This issue is already described in these posts, but after 1 year, it’s still not fixed and no workaround is known:

WordPress 6.1.1, PHP 8.1.13, Event Calendar 6.0.6.2 (latest).

I really wonder, why the content shown in the widget is dependent on the position in the timeline feed.

EDIT: It’s not a theme issue – I tried to reset the page to plain default WP “Twenty Sixteen” and the issue is still the same.

With our latest release of?The Events Calendar 6.1.0, we resolved and issue regarding the calendar and widgets incorrectly displaying “There are no upcoming events”.

We recommend that you update The Events Calendar to the latest released versions.
?
As always, we suggest testing updates on a staging site first and having a recent backup ready, but it should all be smooth sailing. If you implemented any workarounds, you can remove them after updating the plugins.

Hello, I was away for some time.

I updated The Event Calendar to the latest version (currently 6.1.2.2; running with the latest WordPress version 6.2.2.), but the issue is still there, with the same symptoms.
