  • Hi @hennyroosen,

    Thanks for choosing Hestia!

The issue may occur due to a plugin conflict, so please install the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin, enable the troubleshooting mode which will deactivate all plugins and check if the issue persists. If the problem doesn’t occur anymore, it means it was indeed caused by a plugin conflict and you should reactivate the plugins one by one, until you find the culprit. Then, replace that plugin with an alternative one.

    I hope this helps!

    Have a nice day!

I can’t get it Wright. The menu workt always perfect.
    Can you help me?

    Hello @hennyroosen!

I tried to replicate the issue, but the sidebar is properly displayed on my test instances, so, as I mentioned in my previous answer, the problem may be caused by a plugin conflict on your end. Please take the steps suggested above and let us know about your findings.

    Hi @hennyroosen,

Can you tell us where exactly would you like the sidebar to appear?
I can see the sidebar under the menu item Our Heritage and all its submenu except the last one as highlighted on this screenshot. https://vertis.d.pr/HMTP6z

    Hello @hennyroosen ,

    Thank you for your reply!

I have accessed your website and it seems like the sidebar is displayed only on certain pages as I understood you wanted it. (screencast). The menu appears correctly at the top.

Maybe I haven’t understood the issue correctly, but from what I could tell, everything seems to be working correctly now.

If you are not seeing what I am seeing, then please make sure to delete all cache (server, browser, plugin) and test again.

If I misunderstood your issue, feel free to describe it again please.

Thank you and have an amazing day!
