Widget not displaying

    Hi All,

    I’m have an issue with the WP Chat with Divi – used to work – now the widget no longer displays

    I do have an error that comes up on inspect – but not being technical I’m not sure how to correct/resolve it.

    I have followed the advice I found here on this support forum – that says set the display settings to “show on pages EXCEPT” – but that did not resolve anything.

    I think the problem is something else as using “inspect” I did find this…

    Thanks very much for getting back – I did find a sign of an issue – but I’m not technical to know how to solve the issue.

    By going through Inspect – I see the following;

    Uncaught ReferenceError: $j_njt is not defined at whatsapp-popup.js?ver=1efe83d734fb85792dd927bd7a9e76e1:12

    Do you know how I might address that.

    Please update to the latest version of WP Chat App plugin and make sure you clear your browser and website cache, then check again.
