Widget not giving any pages

  • Hi,

    I’ve set up the plugin and added the widget. Under Fundraiser page, there aren’t any options.
    Can you advise what may be the issue?

    Sorry you’re experiencing an issue with this, can you confirm your “fundraisers API key” is active and not in sandbox mode? If it’s a new key Virgin can sometimes take a while to make it active.
