widget not removable

i have had installed 3.3.2 as the very first thing when i installed it on my server , for some od reason saturday the 19th may i had to reinstall my server so before i made a backup off my www folder and sql as any one else would do after reinstallation im stuck,

the main is i can’t remove my widget after reinsallation ,and re uploading my site i tryed deactivate plugins etc i can’t even click on the screen options and im uncertain on how to clear the cache in my wordpress as i have no cache plugin installed it happend after my os reinstall
any help is much apprichiated
