Widget not saving after editing

  • I’m trying to edit the widget to change some details, I have been having a conversation on the general forum and have ruled out other issues with Health Check by disabling plugins etc.

    I have asked this question on the Plugin developers page 16 days ago, had no replies?

    The issue is with the Plugin when I try to edit the text or options, the ‘Save’ button displays, but when I click on it nothing happens?

    No specific error messages, just doesn’t save?

    while you’re waiting for the plugin forum to reply, did you check in inspector what the save button code is doing? you may be able to temporarily disable any obstruction code until you get your reply.

    Thanks for the reply.

    The button dies the following via the inspector:-

    <input name=”savewidget” id=”widget-quotescollection-2-savewidget” class=”button button-primary widget-control-save right” value=”Save” type=”submit”>

    Any ideas on what I can do?
