Please can you provide your Instagram username so I can test it to make sure it is public and working on my setup.

I cannot see this error on your live site at the moment, it is possible that your hosting company is restricting remote requests… that is also something worth checking.

I would contact altervista and ask them if they block remote connections. Quite a few hosts do this now.

Did you contact altervista?

The plugin is working with your username for me, so the only other variable must be your hosting provider. I would contact them to see if they can help.
