Widget not updating on front page and no cache plugin used

Hard to say what’s going on with so little information. Please:

1. Go to Settings > WordPress Popular Posts.
2. Append &tab=debug to the URL in the address bar of of your browser and hit Enter.
3. Copy the information displayed on the Debug screen and share it here.

Also:

1. Go to Settings > WordPress Popular Posts > Tools.
2. Take screenshots of the different settings shown on this screen.
3. Upload these screenshots somewhere (eg. tinypic.com) and share the URLs here so I can take a look.
