there is no need to include translation files, they will be fetched and loaded by wordpress 4.6 and higher, older versions can update and use translation files too,
but they prefer bundled translations instead of online version.
There is still space to improve, so its better to leave things as is.
@viktor341 , if you make changes/improvements – make sure to “ping” (can just write a post in this topic – https://ru.www.ads-software.com/support/topic/%d0%ba%d0%b0%d0%ba-%d0%bf%d0%b5%d1%80%d0%b5%d0%b2%d0%b5%d1%81%d1%82%d0%b8-%d1%82%d0%b5%d0%bc%d1%83-%d0%b8%d0%bb%d0%b8-%d0%bf%d0%bb%d0%b0%d0%b3%d0%b8%d0%bd/ ) someone who can validate/approve changes. Otherwise it may take quite long time for someone to notice.
I’d say – this topic worked as “ping” for me to check translation state of plugin. Its quite a luck to find its already 100% translated and just needed validation/approval.
