    Hi,

I have been using the WO plugin for years on multiple websites and hadn’t had any problems with it. But soon after adding it to this website, we started having issues saving posts and uploading media due to incessant JSON Error messages. Only found it was triggered by the plugin after disabling all plugins and testing the issue per plugin.

I still need the WO plugin as it is critical to the UX of the website. Please help, thanks.

    Hi @laurans

Can you please confirm if the Widget Options > Shortcodes feature been enabled? If yes, can you please disabled it and see if the same issue resurface?

Thank you and please let us know how it goes.

    Regards,
    Mej
