I hope you’re well today and I apologize for such a delayed response!
I’m assuming that the theme that you’re using is a “Hotel” theme, right? I tested the plugin on my own site with this theme but there’s no conflict there.
However, the behavior that you described suggest there is some conflict so if not with a theme, it would most likely be with another plugin.
Would you be able to run one more test? Try this:
– switch the site temporarily to Twenty Twenty theme and switch off all the plugins
– enable custom sidebars and see if the widget page is still freezing
If yes, let us know and we’ll suggest further troubleshooting steps.
If no:
– start enabling plugins back one by one, after each one checking if the issue occurs
– at some point it should start happening again and the last enabled plugin would be the one causing conflict.
Knowing about it we could test it more on our end to find out why it’s happening and how to fix it.
Would you conduct such test and let us know about results, please?
Note: please make sure that you have a full backup of the site prior to the test or conduct the test on a staging/dev copy of the site.
