Widget, Post, Page screen shows a blank page

  • Hi,

    I am using Newsmag theme version 5.2.3. I am not sure why I can’t add new post, new page or access the widget page. It shows a blank screen. I have tried clearing the cache but its still not working. I tried activating a different theme and it works. But I would like to continue using Newsmag theme. Is it related to not updating the theme issue? Or how else can I fix this issue?

    Hi @ashutosharma97,

    My WP version is 6.4.1.

    Update your theme to at least 5.4.2 (November 16th, 2023), that is the one where they added compatibility for WP 6.4. You can find the changelog here: https://themeforest.net/item/newsmag-news-magazine-newspaper/9512331

    It seems like a plugin might be causing the Newsmag theme issue. Try turning off all plugins and see if the issue is resolved. If yes, it’s likely a plugin conflict.
