Hello! I have a serious problem and I ask you for help. I want to use the function of the LiteSpeed Cache plugin to exclude specific widgets from caching. So that I don’t have to clean the whole page because of these widgets, I want the pages to be cached and not self-clean, but without these widgets to be cached. Accordingly, when I activate this feature of the Latest News widget, the widget disappears.

    I’m sending you a video.

I turned on the feature only temporarily to send a report. Then I immediately turned it off because my widget was disappearing.

In addition, I contacted users who in this forum complain about the same problem as mine. There are several publications on the topic that widgets disappear when ESI is activated. They told me that this problem has been going on for a long time and has not been fixed yet.

I also want to ask you about the following. I noticed that the report I sent you reads: “X-LSCACHE = on, crawler”. What does this mean? Is it possible that the crawl function is on? Because in the settings it is turned off and I do not want to use it. See screenshots.

from the report , you are using OpenLiteSpeed

OLS does NOT support ESI , which will make it disappear or bad-display if you use ESI over OLS

please try switch to LiteSpeed Enterprise or enable QUIC cloud CDN to cover ESI requests.

Wow, I didn’t know there was a difference between these things. Thanks.
