Widget settings

Cookiebot includes a widget option but there are no controls for it in the plugin. There is an API to change the settings through parameters in embed code (see: https://support.cookiebot.com/hc/en-us/articles/4406571299346-Introducing-the-Cookiebot-CMP-widget#h_01FGB7S0AF7M41HJC8ZD83MA0F) but when this plugin is used, this API is unreachable.

It would be great to have fields for these or at least for data-widget-enabled setting.
