Widget settings keep resetting to default

  • Ever since the last WordPress update, if I change and save another widget, the Top 10 widget resets the number of posts and custom date range to the default settings instead of what I had configured in the Top 10 widget.

    Few questions as this is a strange behaviour:

    1. Is this in the customizer view or widgets screen?
    2. Is this only happening to the Top 10 widget or to others?
    3. Is it when you edit a specific widget or all widgets
    4. Can you open up the Top 10 widget while you’re saving the widgets page to keep an eye on its settings
