Widget Settings not saved/displayed

    Hi there,
    just wanted to add two more fields to a subscription widget but that destroyed the whole subscription form. Neither the fiels nor the button and placeholder settings are displayed. There seems to be a bug.

    As it is not usable like this, a fix would be awesome. ??
