Hi, I’ve just installed the plugin, and I can’t make it work. I’ve tried in a widget, and with a shortcode.

The default shortcode after installation is [shortcode-weather-atlas city_selector=2372139] which I included in the page. I’ve filled the Heading and Header optional fields, and when I setup the widget in a sidebar, it shows only those 2 values (nothing but those 2 values), instead if I insert the shortcode, it doesn’t show anything, not even heading or header optional fields.

Can you please help me out to fix this?

    Thank you,
    Pablo

    Hello Pablo,

we’ve double-checked and the shortcode [shortcode-weather-atlas city_selector=2372139] works ok: When placed in a text it shows weather data for New York without a problem.

So there has to be an issue with WordPress theme or with implementing the code.

Can you place the widget in a sidebar (on any page) so we can inspect the page?
Also, try to fix “Uncaught TypeError: a.cookie is not a function on your page”.
There’s a small possibility that this JS error interferes with a widget.

Please keep us posted of your progress.
