    Hey!
I am trying to add the “login” widget to my menu with a submenu attached.
I’ve installed a plugin to add shortcodes to the menu, which effectively would allow me then to add this widget – if it had a shortcode associated with it.

Q1 – does it have a shortcode? I’ve looked in documentation and forum but cant find any answer.

Q2 – is there any easier way to do this without using shortcode?

As a third Q – is there a way to change the “welcome” message for logged in users? I want to say “Hey” instead.

Thank you for any assistance ??

Just as a follow up –

i’ve figured out how to add “Hey, _user_!” to my sidebar, header (not menu item), and page content based on pmp login status – works great. But still havent been able to add it as a menu item and have since deleted the shortcodes to menu widget.
I imagine I would need that to add that simple shortcode to the menu field and set that specifically as a drop down item.
    — So please dont worry about answering these Q’s as I believe I can solve it, unless of course, there IS an easier way to do it. hehe

I have set this to resolved.
