Widget/shortcode like on the Plugin site?

    On the plugin website (https://weather.station.software/) is an example widget.
    How can I replicate this using a station?
    There are lots of ways to display all these data fields and calculated fields, etc.
    But are there sets of these display fields like the one on the website?

    If you want something already “built”, just use the integrated widgets. In the meantime, if you want a custom layout, you have to build it.
