    Hi,

Thanks for the awesome plugin! It saves the development time alot.

However, the plugin currently now is not rendering well in the site (I’m sorry the site is not yet published) and I saw at the WP Forum mentioned that is due to latest version of WordPress 6.2.1.

I have tried 2 ways to check and fix the issue but it seems like not working on my end. The ways that I have used:
    1. use widget – From Appearance Customizing?Widgets?Filter Everything – Filter —both admin and frontend not showing

    2. use shortcode – From Appearance Customizing ? Widgets?Shortcode [fe_widget] —in admin the filter is showing but not in frontend

    Showing at the admin: https://prnt.sc/CrOF0miquSFD
    Not showing at frontend: https://prnt.sc/O1IxDVSny3zk

My site is running with WP 6.2.2 and the plugin is using 1.7.11. Do let me know is there any other alternative ways to fix the issue?

    Appreciate you answers.

    Hi @jacksn676

Thank you for using Filter Everything plugin.

Typically, this behavior can appear by filter settings when there are no products with such attributes.

In the “Filter Set” setting – there is an “Empty Terms” dropdown menu where we can choose “Always hide,” if the filter term has (0) items then it will be hidden from the list. Same with filters, if you enable “Hide empty Filters” then if these filter terms are all (0) it will hide this filter. You can turn off those settings and check if everything is displayed correctly, also turn on the “Show count” option so you can see if filter terms contain any number or (0) for testing purposes.

    Best Regards – Victor.

    Hi Victor,

    Thanks for your reply.
I have set the ‘Empty terms’ to ‘Never Hide’ and ‘Show Count’ to ‘yes’ (refer to this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/Tr5dNtFcgTxo)

But at the frontend still not displaying any filter elements (refer to this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/C0cti2TFWmGP)

I have checked using the WordPress ‘Appearance > Customize > Widgets > Shortcodes’, it shows the list at the preview panel (refer to this: https://prnt.sc/c6pr4rFPaMqW). But not with the widget.

And you can see based on the this screenshot (https://prnt.sc/c6pr4rFPaMqW) there is posts assigned to some items. It should be able to retrieve technically.

    Hi?@jacksn676

This is very unusual behavior, perhaps it can be caused by the theme styles or settings where you display the filter, in the “where to filter”.

Hard to say what can cause such behavior, never faced any issues like that before. It also can be related to the AJAX and the “HTML id or class of the Posts container” try to turn off the AJAX and test it like that for workability.

    Best Regards -Victor.
