Widget showing wrong total reviews

Hi,
For the website https://ajvanzutphen.nl/, we using your widget.
At this moment the total reviews are 17 (showed by google) but the Google reviews widget is showing only 12.Could you please have a look, is it a bug ?

Hi,
Our plugin doesn’t show information about the number of reviews, because Google doesn’t provide this. The text ’12 reviews’ is not the part of the plugin. Please have a look at this screenshot, I marked the boundaries of our plugin:
