    Gracias por su respuesta. Lamentablemente esta web ya estaba empezada y la dejaron a la mitad, el theme es gratuito por eso no puedo contactarme con el soporte, asique deberé considerar un desarrollador porque el cliente no quiere abonar el theme premium. gracias!

    It looks like your theme is Electro from Madras themes and that its is a commercial theme:

    It is likely to be cheaper to buy an authorised copy and ask Madras themes if they can fix this problem, rather than hire a developer.

    Buying a copy will give you access to updates and support for any other problems.

    If you have got a copy for free somewhere you cannot be sure it has not had malicious alterations.
