Widget that lists subsites

I have found the addon “Multisite Site Index” (https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/multisite-site-index/) but it would be perfect if it could sort the sites in alphabetical order not only in “last updated first” order.

Why don’t you post this in the plugin’s forum to suggest it as a feature request to the plugin’s developer?

I have done so and is waiting for an answer, but is looking for alternatives while I wait.

Six days and no answer. I have been digging around in the php file for clues. I do not know anything about coding, but I guess the “only” thing I have to do in the php file is to change this:
‘orderby’ => ‘last_updated’,
to list the sites alphabetically based on subsites name, but to what?
