Widget Title Click-able

Using this widget saves a lot of time… What I would like to know is, in the custom menus I create usually the first item in the menu is also the widget title, so, is there a way to make the title click-able so I do not have to put the first item in the menu? OR, is there a way to change the coding for this widget to it hides the widget title when published and takes the first item in the list and formats it as the title?
