Widget title does not appear on page's widget tile

Terrific plugin and works great and I use it, with a small concern
I would like to have the title I place in the widget title area appear in the widget’s header on the page.
Is this supposed to function? Or can it be made to function?
Right now now matter what the title is for the testimonial widget it does not display.
