Widget title not showing

First, I love the Slider, it’s exactly what I needed.

I have two small problems though.

I can’t change the colors of the titles, not matter what Hexcode I put in it still stays black.

The second problem is the widget title, it doesn’t show.

It’s there for a brief second right before the slider loads and it seems it’s actually under the slider instead of being above it like the other widgets. If you refresh the page and look fast you’ll see the title there, but then it gets covered up by the slider..
