Widget title won't scroll ( line at the bottom that I don't want to scroll)

Edit : It seems that I have the title problem only with chrome.
The grey bare problem is there on all browsers I have (safari, chrome, IE, firefox).

Any help is welcome.

The first problem – you have relative widget padding and margin styles!
Which are not compatible with fixed mode. You need define padding and margin in pixels! See style.css line 1531 and 1539

The title… I see it’s moving with widget content, and I am using Chrome…

I tried to deactivate your plugin and try another soltuions:
The problem does not come from your plugin but apparently to my chrome..(?). When browsing incognito I have no problem. (NOTE that with both solutions it works everywhere except on chrome when normal browsing)

Chrome is working fine!
Widget title is under WordPress admin bar, when you are logged in!
So the users are not affected.
