widget titles bunching up …..

The problem looks like it’s coming from float: left on line 1362 and 1380 of style.css.

ok yes it is…. but that also removes the bar I made on top of my header. how can I target just the items in my bar to float?

I had it like this:
.customnav {
background: #6189b5;
width: 960px;
height: 38px;
float: left;

}
#cnav li {
float: left;
list-style-type: none;
}

Try using the .widget-area selector in-front of your other selectors.
E.g

.widget-area .customnav {

}

and

.widget-area #cnav li {

}

#cnav li lines up the social media buttons horizontal

Try

 float: none;
}

nope nothing.

maybe I should just rename my divs- I wonder if it’s conflicting with my other css?

nope didn’t work either. Maybe I can just target the wider area and place a no float??

I had added this also and it was working

margin-top: 3px;
}

now its not working
