Widget Visibility not working

  • Visibility Option in any of the widget is not working with twentythirteen theme. When i set a widget to show with a particular category, it wont work accordingly. I have noticed this change after the recent upgrades in twentythirteen theme.
    I have see many users of this theme facing the same issue and unfortunately there is no resolution for this issue so far.

  • 2011 Theme. Similarly, although I can set commands regarding which widget should show up on which page/category of my website, the widgets I want on certain pages do not show up there, and the ones I don’t want do. This problem appears related to a recent update to Jetpack. I reloaded Jetpack (twice) and obtained a partial fix (at least the visibility controls returned), but they do not work.
