Widget visibility not working in block editor and classic editor freezes

I tried to do some changes in the widgets appearing on my homepage after a while of inactivity. The appearance->widgets page was still on classic editor mode and any change I tried to do would not work. It would indefinitely try to load and save the change and then freeze. I then downloaded the classic widgets plugin thinking that it might help. Oddly this plugin combined with the widget options plugin has now made the block widget editor appear in appearance->widgets page. However, on this editor I now have no way of actually setting the parameters for visibility of widgets in specific pages. Can someone please help?

I now have two problems. The fact that I only managed to get the new block widget editor by installing classic widgets + widget options (even though I have the latest WordPress update installed) and also that in that new bloc editor there is no way to set visibility to specific pages of my blog…
