Widget visibility option disappeared

Hello,

As my title indicates, the visibility options for widgets has disappeared from my website.

I have been having quite a few issues since the latest wordpress update, mostly due to plugin clashes, but I think I’ve deleted the one(s) which were causing the problems, so I don’t know what is causing this.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
