Widget within a Page CSS Atahualpa

I am currently developing my website. I have load this into a page and works well however the widget tittle is not following the theme css and come in black and should be blue

I have also observed that the page goes into the right sidebar on my IPAD 4. Can this be flexible width ie Auto not to extend into the side bar

Can you advise
