Widgetkit Breaking my padlock

Hello, I have been using widgetkit for my new blog but no matter what i do placeholder.jpg image is breaking my padlock as you can check the test result here

i tried replacing http to https with find and replace plugins. still the problem continues. i even tried uninstalling the plugin. that didnt work either. what do you guys suggest to fix this issue?
