    Hi,
    Where are options for ticket widgets (show/hide)? Possibilities to show/hide widgets according to profile (agent, custom, admin)?

    Hi Ben,
    There is no options to Show/Hide widgets based on user. They are available as per pre-defined role for SupportCandy. We have taken this suggestion to control who can see widget.

    Hi Ben,

    This setting is now available. Please make sure you have latest version installed and then check Open Ticket Widget setting in setting section of the plugin.
